I'm Nick Sosa, a computer technician based in Center Point, TX. I've been working with technology my whole life — the kind of person people call when something breaks.
I started my own business because I believe tech support should be straightforward. You shouldn't need a membership, a contract, or an appointment three weeks out to get help with your computer.
I serve Kerr County and the surrounding Hill Country area. I show up when I say I will, I explain what I'm doing in plain English, and I don't charge you for problems I can't solve.
Outside of my passion for computer technology, I am a lover of music, animals and cooking. God and family are both major parts of my life. I've lived in Kerr County for a little over 15 years and I'm looking forward to staying in this wonderful community for a long time.
My personal tech projects include hi-fi stereo, Linux PC systems and working with new AI tools.
Describe what's going on and I'll get back to you same day.
Straight answers before you call.
Yes. I work on both PCs and Macs — hardware, software, and everything in between.
I serve Kerr County and the surrounding Hill Country area — Kerrville, Center Point, Comfort, Ingram, Hunt, Fredericksburg, and nearby communities. Not sure if you're in range? Just ask.
$25 travel fee for all on-site visits, plus $60 per hour of service. A typical one-hour job comes to $85 total. No membership, no hidden fees.
No. If I work on something and can't resolve it, I won't charge you for that time. I'll be upfront with you about what's possible before I start.
For setup, configuration, email, apps, and connectivity — yes. For physical screen repairs and hardware fixes on phones, that's outside my scope.
At this time we do not offer phone technical support.
I'll do my best to get to you same day or next day. Call or use the contact form and I'll get back to you within 24 hours to schedule.
Cash, check, Zelle, and major credit cards. Payment is due at time of service.
For most people, Claude and ChatGPT are the best starting points. Business users already in the Microsoft ecosystem will probably get the most out of Copilot.
Not here. I explain everything in plain English, I'll show you what I'm doing as I go, and I won't make you feel bad for not knowing — that's literally why I'm there.
I back up your data before touching anything and I'll walk you through what I'm doing before I do it. No surprises.
Not at all. Stay and watch, ask questions, or go about your day — whatever you're comfortable with.
I bring shoe covers to every home visit. Your floors are safe.
